    Developments in New Mexico Civil Procedure- 2011

    This CLE program is presented by Ted Occhialino, Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of New Mexico School of Law. The CLE is entitled "Developments in New Mexico Civil Procedure - 2011." Ted Occhialino graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 1967 and joined the UNM law faculty in 1977.  He has focused his teaching and writing on civil procedure and brings an expertise in this area to the classroom.  His writings have included Walden's Civil Procedure in New Mexico, in its second edition, and co-authoring a section on civil procedure for Encyclopedia Britannica.  He is a member of the New Mexico Supreme Court Rules of Civil Procedure Committee and is a counsel to the amicus committee of the New Mexico Lawyers Association.  He also teaches New Mexico Bar Review courses in civil procedure, family law and torts.
